Quality & certification

Quality you can verify, not just claims

From Ghana's shea belt to your loading dock, every kilogram follows a documented quality process. Here's exactly how we protect consistency — and what paperwork you get with it.

Our process

Six checkpoints, one standard

01

Source qualification

We vet producers and processors before buying — assessing consistency, handling and capacity, and keeping 2–3 qualified suppliers so we're never single-sourced.

02

Pre-shipment testing

A contracted quality agent in Ghana inspects each lot — visual, moisture and free-fatty-acid checks — with an accredited-lab Certificate of Analysis before anything leaves Tema Port.

03

Compliant importation

Every shipment is cleared as cosmetic-grade goods through a licensed Canadian customs broker, with correct HS classification and complete documentation.

04

Arrival re-check

On receipt in Bradford we re-check quantity, packaging and COA, with periodic third-party Canadian lab verification for added assurance.

05

Batch tracking

Every drum and sack is labelled with batch number, origin and best-before date — so any lot can be traced end-to-end.

06

Documentation with every order

COA, SDS and origin documentation ship with each order, ready for your QA, R&D and compliance files.
